Getting back into the groove

Been trying hard to get back to where i left off. its so easy to fall back when its about staying fit.... but between keeping to my regular running schedule and spending that extra time with my man in the mornings, of course it has to be him, no contest. but then i'm on my own again and with AH in morning school i havent much excuse to be staying on my butt. when she's not late (which can be quite often) i have enough time to squeeze in a 3K run but from what i've gone thru so far, its usually just a 2K run that i can comfortably come up with if i want to make it to work on time.

Even tho its a far cry from the 3-4K i was doing before i guess its better than nothing.

I managed 2K's on tuesday, thursday & friday and 4K this morning. sure hope to build up a more consistent running schedule because its still somewhere at the top of my 'feel good' list.
