'Slack' baru sebulan dah terasa padahnya.... rupanya bila dah selalu aktif dan tiba2 je relek memanjang, it doesnt take long to become semput & extremely bloated ya. yuckity yuk i so hate this heavy, kembong & kembang feeling!!
I've probably put on a kg or two meneman cik Abe mengunyah malam2 (his hobby) but what irks me the most is this 'tak lepas' breathing, cukup tak puas. apa2pun kena la usahakan untuk get back on track kan.
Alahai better not slide next time cik tipah ooi!!
