Pancit

Heh.

I've been fasting and running since monday and today's testament to the fact that i'm probably overdoing things a bit here. gawd pancit giler !!!!!!! i still managed to complete the full route within 30 mins tapi penat giler siot.

Sweating rivulets have never made me thirsty so i dont have any problems related to thirst. more like delipated body and depleted energy. hmmm... i guess i should give it a skip tomorrow and spend some aerobic time with katie smith or cindy crawford, or emulate paula abdul's dance moves instead.

But running serves a dual purpose for me. it's empowering and energising.. i used to be pretty lethargic most of the time. it ensures i get a good nites sleep (terpukang is more like it lol).. i used to have insomniacal tendencies and usually still up and about till the wee hours.

I'm facing old age and need my beauty sleep ;)

** Running Log **

I drop AI off, run and punch in for work.

Mon - 1 lap= about 4 km= 25 mins ( i was feeling light on my feet).

Tues - 1 lap plus= about 4 km plus= 35 mins

Wed - 1 lap= about 4 km= 30 mins (but extremely hard going).

hehehe... guess who?? whew...4km dlm masa 25 minit. tak terkerja P.B, tu dah tahap Pro dah tu.. seperti yg kita bincangkan hari tu, kalau K.P nak ajak masuk marathon ker apa2 thon ker, bagitau awal2 tau.. nak buat preparation sikit.. almaklumlah perut ada sedikit buncit, mau kasi turunkan sikit..

oh adinda ku GG (bukan giler giler of course tapi guitar geekz ah hik hik)... pro apa camtu!!! 25 min tu pun on a good day jer klu tak 30 min laaaa. tapi kak pah serious tau klu ada apa2 korang kena teman k :) tak laa takut tergolek takde org nak kutip hehehe.

neeways... apasalahnye start jer skit2 skarang. klcc park route happening per!!!!!

Puan Red Kebaya,
Saya dah 2 years++ tak bersenam lepas jatuh sakit a while ago. Now I am better, and I want to get better.

Nak start working of cardio dulu. What would you suggest? Tak nak la over-exert myself tetiba. Pengsan kang susah pulak :P

Fairuz - dah start kickboxing ek? best best... tapi aunty tak tau laa pasal equipment tu. probly check out tempat sports/exercise kot !!!!! good luck k :)

WELCOME kimster.. its the only body we've got so lets take care of it eh :) you know the only thing you should take into consideration is START SLOW and get to know ur body. identify its limitations and work around it... jgn teruja tak menentu (thats the sure way down hangat2 tahi ayam lane ok lol)coz you want to keep doing this for a looooooong time.

D'Angahs - heh ikut jer la si Li tu lari mesti jadi fitnye laa... cuba consistent tu jer, you cant do it no prob :)
