Long weekend indeed

I was toying with the idea of going back to the little city in the clouds (hehe... sitiawan actually) since all the kiddos were home n its been quite sometime since we visited my uncs and aunties. unfortunately, AF brought back an unfriendly virus on the sly and though he escaped with just one day of body aches & pains, it was altogether a different matter for AH the poor sweetie.

She developed quite a high fever over the weekend and was coughing away like crazy... you know the gut wrenching kinda cough that pulls at your stomach muscles and make u all tired and miserable? so we said goodbye to our balik kampung plans and just settled for short lepakz session at the malls.

AF's gone off to Gombak somewhere with an avanza full of his friends for the CNY celebration. yours truly is feeling quite 'sangap' bcoz its been a while since i last stayed up looking after feverish kiddos and AH of course, anak bongsu manja that she is, demanded my undivided attention. didnt have the energy or inclination to run so i was a bum and just lazed around, halfheartedly going about my chores (waaah... wahhhh... nak cuti!!!!).

Bought a couple of malay chick lits which turned out to be even mushier than i expected ... ewwww. and ended up snoozin' as much as AH.

Hmmpphh.... bila la vcd long kong (spelling?) nak kuar nih ????? i could do with a little excitement in my life.
