How could he have been so careless? to have slipped and fallen hard on the icy steps this morning!!!!!!! it must have been quite a thump...... i'm sure there wasnt any chance of breaking the fall since he must have been in such a rush to get to work. gawd, makes me feel so f**king useless and helpless being so far away from my man.

4 mini laps= 4 km= 30 minutes
Another cold run and i dont think i'll be able to sustain a 4 km run before work much longer... too hectic. terkejar2 terkocoh2 to punch in on time and my enjoyment level is fast disappearing. for the long haul, a 3 km run is more sustainable and i guess i'm going for that instead. longer runs for the weekends.

RK - Sorry to here about your Che Abang's mishap. When I was in Moscow, slipping on snow covered ice is a common sight, even amongst the Moscovites. Short of having spiked boots, if you are alone, you must walk in short steps. If you have somebody beside you (sigh!), hang on to him or her.
oh oh, i am glad hes OK.
i step on ice and fall down the stairs of my house at least once a year...believe it or not! so far, i have not broken a bone yet.
