Trial run

Okaaaaaaaaaaay....... so its not going to be as simple as i thought it would be.

Since Abe came back from his caspian sea 'adventure', we've been trying to sort out the transport problem that has inevitably popped up and the mechanics of supply vs demand... i.e. 2 kereta vs 3 keperluan. in his father's absence AF has been enjoying full use of my avanza while i've been using abe's beemer. now that ze bozz is back he's supposed to hand over the car (a condition he's very well aware of) tapi sbb sekarang ni tengah exam week kitorang plak yang tak sampai hati nak tarik balik so ze bozz dengan bermurah hatinya telah sanggup untuk naik LRT to work and back... provided of course i send him off kat the nearest LRT station which in our case was in kelana jaya.

This meant leaving the house before 7am because we had to drop AH off to school first. and because any later than that would mean being stuck in an even horribler jam than the ones we were facing. zup zap zup zap... i usually could barely just make it to work (selalunya with only 2-3 mins to spare even with all my mad dashing). and all thoughts of resuming my morning runs had to be squashed before it can even manifest itself.

Now with the waktu anjal, berbunga la kembali hati yours truly untuk beraksi semula. semalam my backpack keperluan telah pun disiapkan dengan penuh semangatnya and placed most strategically beside the front door along with my briefcase (macam la nak terlupa hehe). after the usual dashing around i made it to the tasik parking lot 2-3 mins to 8 am and only then did i realise i didnt actually have a whole 30 mins to spare!!!! instead i only had at my disposal 15-20 mins because then i needed 10 mins at the very least to make it to the office in time!!!!!!!! laaaaa 15 mins je..... dapat la about 2-3 km depending on whether i skip warm up/cool down. sheeesh, lorat gak dibuat nya!!!

So until we resolve the transport issue, it'll still be an uphill battle for me to stick to my morning run. hmmmphhh... ape2 laaa.
