Remember my post about the RM 30,000 something quote from toyota butterworth or penang (whatever) that AF got for the proposed repairs on his avanza? Hah... thanks to the diligence & professionalism from toyotsu section 15, shah alam the final tally came to only RM2,453.00 with the car now running merrily along as if the nightmare never happened!!!

Thank you UMW toyotsu motors s/b for the service rendered, in particular thank you so much Rinee for being so helpful & friendly to this ignorant makcik.

Its all about taking the time to actually find out what the eff is really going on and trying to meet customer's need.

Aaaah apapun.... legaaaaaa!!

AF.. ma will also try to settle the power window problem before you come back this deepavali weekend, insyallah.
Abe.. mek has finally had a bowel movement, yay!! sian dia kan..but she must be feeling sooo much better now.
