.. and barbecues come together as naturally as 'irama & lagu' dont they?!

Been thinking of getting me one of 'em electric indoor grills, one that would be just right for my cosy little terrace. of course nothing beats the taste of 'charcoaled' bbqs tapi its such a hassle to set up especially when all you're thinking of grilling is just a slab of meat or two, or a couple of chicken wings!!

Whats holding me back from getting one is just a simple matter of indecision... i just cant decide between a flat top grill or the one that has grooves on them. the flat one would be more versatile i think (panaskan pratha, buns and even cook eggs & pancakes) but then the grooves would allow easy drainage of fats/oils from the grilled meats and also creating that authentic looking grill lines over the food.

Unfortunately the one that offers both (with removable flat top) is a little too expensive for me. i'm not ready to invest that much ringgit, at least not for now la.

So, i'm stumped. and when that happens i just keep on deliberating... and deliberating.. and deliberating.. and deliberating... and deliberating, well you get the picture.
