A bonus

Its a good thing the man's down with flu coz hes home on this glorious saturday morning, hey !!!! take it from me, its a rare thing indeed... boleh dibilang dek jari. normally, come dawn he's already out of the house, grazing... oops, i mean gracing the many greens of the klang valley lol

I was tempted to keep snuggling under the covers but i treasure my early morning runs so so much (weekend je boleh hari lain keje). neeways, he was sleeping like a log with the meds and all. tak sedar pun bini takde lol

Yup, i'm in a good mood alright... had me a great run :)

Got back in plenty of time for breakfast at his fav eating place... org kelate mesti nak pekena nasi dage, laksam & such whenever they possibly can, walaupun jauh skit tak mengape heheh. anyway, if you like east coast fare, theres hatinie at seksyen 10, shah alam (gawd even with exorbitant prices the place is always packed) but we prefer another place at TTDI Jaya. i keep forgetting the name but its right beside a mamak shop in an area immediately opposite TTDI Jaya's surau. the food is tasty, the selection is wide & varied, and to top it all the prices are quite reasonable. masa ramadhan lagi giler2 :)

Golfman has agreed to take me karaoke'ing at the club later... so long as we're home before maghrib and more importantly, home before his AF concert (he's an absolute fanatic i tell ya). and tonite being the finals somemore. sah, memang laa takkan bergerak kemana!!! hmmm... apa ya nak masak utk malam ni nanti? spaghetti'o kot... but golfman lebih suka maggie goreng lol and prolly a lot of finger food also. silap2 jadi food fest laa plak nanti heh ;)

In the spirit of share n share alike, golfman has passed on to me his virus lol so, siksa giler nak cuba maintain optimal breathing thru my run this morning. at my age nak keep the stamina going kena banyak control breathing... skejap tersumbat skejap tak, nak tercekik rasanya lol

Tapi masih best giler (mengikut piawai org2 'matang' laa of course.. ahakz) !!!
