Everything's hazy

If i knew it was going to turn out this bad i would have stopped AI from going to school just like i did with AH. he's the one with asthma but thank god so far he seems to be holding up. i remember those days when he was younger... leaving the house for a 24 hr clinic in the wee hours of the morning was almost routine for us then.

I wonder why the pengetuas are not using the powers given to them to declare it unfit for school? can it be anything but a health hazard when you can literally taste the smoke? and the school authorities have the cheek to say 'tak datang sekolah pun tak pe' ?!!! *sigh* somebody pls have the balls to close down the schools for the time being. AI was telling me, "ma, masa kitorang kat library nampak kat luar macam scary movie... mula2 minaret masjid kena telan (his school sits atop a hill overlooking the state mosque), lepas tu the SUK building pulak (where my office is located), then concord started disappearing, lepas tu mall pun mula nak kabur. dasyat ma!!!!" . must have been quite a diversion lol

The latest news: visibility is less than 1 km. API: shah alam 349 and kl 276. hmmm... my cek abe will have to wade his way through the thick haze and i hope everyone remembers to drive safe. klu hujan senang skit ada gak wiper tapi klu haze, would the fog light be effective enough i wonder?

Of course the haze also means i can forget about running. its back to paula & jane for now i suppose. oh, i did get to visit wak mon ironfingers during my lunch break...... feeeling goooooood :)

Have you been prodded & pummelled by your fav masseuese lately lol?

I gotta go.... the haze is making me slightly nauseous (and as usual AH is very, i repeat, very concerned whenever her mama gets pening2.... takut sgt dapat adik ekekeh). which is bloody unlikely, unless we factor in Divine Intervention of course lol

school around shah alam/subang/kelang/kuala selangor is declared closed. anything above 300 can be declared "tidak sihat" so hishamudin kata "kelonggaran di beri kepada pihak sekolah". ok lah "MAK" jadi guru besar and declare NO SCHOOL till next week. wowooo the kids jumping happily all around me :)

Bila takde kuasa, depa cakap "there should be more empowerment". Bila Uncle Hisham yang suka tersengih tu dah empower to close down the schools, ramai yang tak berani pulak.

This is typical us. Agaknya dah ada budak-budak yang sakit masuk hopsital (God forbid) baru nak kelam kabut. Seperti kata pepatah Melayu lama "sudah terantuk baru tengadah". But then again, most of us didn't do well in SPM Bahasa Malaysia! *grin*
