Dependables

Its tough when you always hafta be the strong one.... regardless of whether ur actually up to it or not. you know that question we often find ourselves asking "why was i put on this earth oh lord"? well for me its probably to serve as the human version of the 'big ben' hehehe... always there rain or shine; big, strong, dependable (and also frequently taken for granted).

It was a flurry of activity:
..make sure mak's comfortable, relatively happy, n taken all her meds.
..make sure AH's also comfortable, relatively happy n taken all her meds.
..make sure the cat is fed, walked and taken all his meds (yea semenjak surgery n subsequent perintah berkurung by the vet i've been taking him outside on a leash for his nature calls).
..make sure AF is up on time, packed and ready to be send off to t. malim (with his dad back i would be needing my avanza)
..make sure the home is spic n span for the arrival of HRH Abe aka golfman.

Thought everything was accounted for when we left for t. malim but nooooo.... AF still had to get some struff at tesco. was quite stressed knowing mak is now very susceptible to anxiety attacks when left alone towards petang n malam..... so lucky thing walaupun petang baru bertolak, we were already back home by maghrib.

Loteh den..... tp HAPPY.... esok cik Abe ku saye balik :)

Workout Log
1 hr aerobics @ dataran shah alam... good high intensity session almost equivalent to non stop jogging. and thank god it didnt rain like it did last week.
