Hehehe yang pasti 'go' nya tak la selaju mana, ala2 penguin gitu :) more important, i've started running again, and hopefully getting into better shape to attempt the 10K in september. agak liat la jugak sbb dah lama tak hunggar tp it feels good as always. lega, lapang n the bounce is back in my walk lol.
Pagi tadi AH had to contend with just sandwich telur for breakfast n not nasi goreng. sidaro tu peminat nasi goreng tapi hari ni mama dia mengelat sbb takut tak sempat. i had big plans lol.... to put in at least 3K n still make it in time for work.
Vroom hantar AH kat sekolah, vroom cari fave parking kat perkarangan masjid negeri. terkocoh2 pakai kasut (keluar rumah sarung selipar je.. tak sempat), warm up ala kadar n started off in a controlled easy pace (read: slow giler). i completely forgot to check out the time tapi i finished off my first 1K by 7.33am. after that i kept track..... finished 2K by 7.41am and 3k by 7.48am. this means its a slow 7-8 mins per km. well, i never was one for speed so kira boleh la tu hehehe.
To make it in time i had to skip cooling down. drove into the office carpark with 7 minutes to spare, kepit handbag, briefcase n backpack of workclothes, redah into a crowded lift pretending not to know where the sweaty smells were coming from (orang lain semua wangi2 je maklum la nak masuk kerja kan heheh) and ta-daaaa, got my little finger scanned in at 7:57 am.
Pheeew... lega. esok kena make sure AH siap cepat n boleh keluar rumah awal skit. surely terkejar2 sangat macam ni and the anxiety isnt too good for my ole heart lol.

3K morning run - tasik shah alam.
1 hr nonstop hip hop aerobics - 6pm to 7pm with 'too phatt' the instructor @ MAL Gym & Fitness Centre, Stadium Shah Alam.
