Its still throbbing and the serkup of my tudung is only making the pain worse... tapi sebab dah nak sangat kena la tanggung je.
When i didnt get to run at putrajaya yesterday i decided i needed a boost.
And guess what the boost was ?!!
AH's hair was due for a trim so while she was at the hairdresser's i had plenty of time to myself. so apalagi ... its piercing time people lol !!!!!!!! yup, i went and got myself a 4th earring and with it of course came the 'silap2 tangkap leleh' piercing. sebenornye tak le sakit mane. compared to my zaman 'cucuk dengan pin kat kedai emas' experience, the zap gun is pretty quick & relatively painless.
Years back i had my ears pierced for a 2nd time and that meant 2 pairs of earrings. somehow when i got back i realised one of the holes was slightly askew so i just let that particular piercing grow back with the intention of redoing it later. well, time has a way of passing by lol so i've been going about with 3 earrings and i wasnt really bothered coz it didnt look too bad. unfortunately, with earrings sold in pairs i always ended up with an unused one. rugi plak rasanye.
So now i've solved that little problem heheh. i now have 3 piercings on my left ear and 1 on my right. AH was relieved i wasnt considering some other exotic n erotic areas lol (wooo.. yg kat nipple tu mesti sakit giler agak nye ya). dont worry la yang, ma pun seriau gak nak buat tempat2 lain (she's sooo not into tindik2 ni.. at least for now laa).
Neeways, great excuse for lotsa new funky stuff doncha think ?!?!! *huge grin*

Attended a simple handing over ceremony at Istana Kayangan this morning. the DYMM Yg Dipertuan Agong was supposed to come a-visiting this month so we were all in a frenzy to get things spruced up for the occasion.. xcept that now it's been postponed till next year. if we had known then work could've been supervised and carried out in a better manner but thats the way it usually is. to be frank i really think the whole istana needs to be revamped so that the interior has a cohesive and coordinated feel about it but of course it all depends on state funding, and its not too abundant a coffer right now.
Tomorrow i'll be off to the Royal Lodge in Hulu Selangor. a gift to the Sultan from SPLASH, its situated somewhere at the foot of Fraser's Hill. apart from checking out the pest control requirements, there's also some extension and interior works slotted for it. hope i remember to bring the clicker.

lets see.. that was probably sometime in 1971 when i was 10. back then u either had ur ears pierced/tindik by midwife/bidan OR the chinaman at the 'gold shop'... and honestly both were just as scary lol the bidan would usually be using safety pins and the chinaman something similar but at least u leave with fancy gold earrings.
I want an elsewhere tindik jugak. But I never dared to. Too much horror stories from agony aunts. Lol. Wish I can get my navel pierce. Manala tahu, nanti my husband nak ke? lol.

i experienced the same process too, mak bidan + halia + doa.. surprisingly..tak sakit pon, and just need to letak minyak everyday.. takde nanah or etc.. nowadays dun think ade method tu lagi..

Alif's mom - alhamdulillah klu tak sakit ya. sebenornye seram je yg lebih sebab masa kecik2 telinga pun still nipis.
